Seriously, my voice got a bit shakey and started to crack during the call.

Get transferred to claim service.

Talk to claims guy.

He asks why paypal made these charges.

Explain the hacking thing.

He was very understanding and nice and was like “Oh wow I’m sorry that happened to you. I can see why this is causing you concern.”

Brief moment of OH GOD HE CAN TELL I’M ABOUT TO CRY.

The guy takes care of everything including the fees. Says it will take about 24 hours for what he did to show up and if it doesn’t show up, call claims again immediately tomorrow.

My bank is awesome and makes this shit painless even though I almost cried on the phone.
